Restored 1978 Yamaha RD250D Motorcycle.
This Yamaha was stripped and restored by its owner.
The frame was stripped, shot blasted and powder coated.
The fuel tank and side panels were professionally re-sprayed.
The engine was stripped and the bearings were checked.
The bores were measured and new piston rings were fitted.
The crankshaft seals were pressure tested.
The exhausts were re-chromed and the baffles re-packed.
The wheel bearings and seals were checked, washed out and re-packed.
The front forks were rebuilt with new tubes and seals.
The front and rear brake cylinders and calipers were rebuilt with new seals and pistons.
New brake pipes and pads were installed.
The original seat base was shot blasted and powder coated.
The carburettors were cleaned and rebuilt with new jets and seal kits.
The oil pump was stripped, checked, cleaned and rebuilt.
