Restored 1975 Honda CB400 Four Motorcycle.
This Honda was completely restored from bare metal by its owner.
All of the parts were either grit or bead blasted.
The paintwork and the frame were refinished in two pack.
The Engine was rebuilt with new parts as necessary which included:
The primary chain,
Cam chain,
Piston rings,
Valve stem oil seals.
Gaskets,
Oil seals.
The valves were reground.
The engine cases were bead blasted and repainted with engine enamel.
The wheels were rebuilt with new wheel bearings, rims and spokes.
The fork stanchions were re-chromed.
New brake caliper kits and pads were installed.
All of the cables were replaced.
The carburettors were stripped, cleaned and reassembled with new kits.
New switchgear was fitted.
The wiring loom was wrapped with loom tape.
The clocks were refaced.
