Restored 1995 BMW R100GS Motorcycle.
This superb GS was restored by its owner in the USA.
The frame and all black pieces were media blasted and powder coated.
All of the plastics, with the exception of the fuel tank, were prepped and painted in the proper Avus black.
The motor was stripped for cleaning and reconditioning.
The push rod tubes were replaced.
The top end was removed, inspected and reassembled.
Every seal in the engine was replaced.
New gaskets were used.
The oil pressure switch was replaced.
The transmission was opened and examined.
All of the bearings in the drive line were replaced.
The swing arm, both wheels and the steering head bearing were also replaced.
The rear drive was cleaned and inspected.
The front and rear brakes were serviced with new pads.
New front brake lines were fitted and a new front master cylinder was installed.
A brand new front rotor was fitted.
All of the cables were replaced.
Both carburettors were rebuilt with OEM parts.
Both wheels were soda blasted.
