Restored 1968 Triumph Tiger Motorcycle.
This lovley Triumph Tiger was fully restored by its owner in the USA.
For the restoration the motorcycle was torn completely apart.
All of the parts on the bike that were black were powered coated.
The fuel tank and fenders were finished in the correct blue and silver.
All of the fasteners and certain brackets were re-plated.
All of the chrome pieces on the motorcycle were either re-chromed or replaced with UK parts.
The motor was completely rebuilt.
The bearings, chains and seals were replaced.
All of the gaskets and seals were replaced.
The engine was bored .020” over.
New valve guides were installed.
The engine cases were cleaned and the side covers were polished.
The wiring harness was replaced with a new reproduction item.
New Dunlop tyres were fitted to match the originals.
A really great restored Triumph Tiger Motorcycle.
