Restored 1971 Suzuki T250R Hustler Motorcycle.
All of the original chrome was re-chromed,
All of the alloy was polished.
The frame, swinging arm and the seat base was powder coated..
The seat was recovered.
Paintwork is the correct colour and tank was sealed.
The engine was meticulously rebuilt with a rebuilt crank.
Rebored to +.50 and fitted with all new oil seals.
The carbs were ultrasonically cleaned and fully rebuilt with NOS needles jets and seals.
Hard chromed and reground forks with NOS springs and seals.
The original Takasago wheels were rebuilt with new bearings and stainless spokes.
NOS parts used include (NOS = New Old Stock).
Exhausts,
Front and Rear Mudguards,
Clocks,
Tank and Side Panel Badges,
Fuel Tap,
Headlight,
Yokes Steering Damper,
Shocks ,
Chain Guard,
Wiring Harness,
Coils,
Indicators,
Mirrors.
A meticulous restoration of this 1970’s classic motorcycle.
