Restored 1975 Yamaha IT400 Motorcycle.
This bike has been completely rebuilt with components being replaced for new old stock where available.
Powder-coated original IT400C frame/swingarm and yokes.
The Yamaha 400cc 2 stroke air cooled single cylinder engine received a full rebuild.
New rear damper.
DID japan rims re- laced onto original magnesium hubs and re-finished in satin black.
All new inner and outer cables for throttle, decompression, and brake.
New period blue clear 1970’s cavis Italy fuel pipes.
Re-upholstered seat with perfect underneath and plated brackets underneath.
‘YAMAHA’ insignia printed on the back of seat as original.
It400 plastic enduro tank with original breathable decals (restored to an extremely high standard).
All new plastics sourced from the USA.
The exhaust expansion tank refinished in satin black, rear end can finished in same way.
The forks have breathable new gaiters with the lower stanchions in original lightly brushed and lacquered effect.
New front headlight with stainless steel stone guard.
New rear tail light.
