Restored 1979 RD400 Daytona Special Motorcycle.
This bike was completely disassembled.
The frame was cleaned and painted, installing new bearings and bushings.
The motor was completely rebuilt.
The crankshaft was rebuilt with new rods and bearings.
The cylinders were bored and fitted with new pistons and rings.
New clutch.
New gaskets and seals.
New ignition to include coils.
The carbs were rebuilt.
During the reassembly the brakes were rebuilt to include callipers, master cylinders and new pads.
Progressive front springs were installed also new fork seals.
New air filter.
New cables to include throttle, speedo, tacho and clutch.
New tires and tubes.
New battery.
The exhaust was re-chromed.
New handlebars and mirrors.
Topped off with a first class paint job and graphics this RD400 Daytona is a real gem.
