Restored 1971 Norton Commando 750 Motorcycle.

This fastback has recently undergone a complete rebuild.

Many upgrades including:

Pazon Altair digital ignition.
Adjustable isolastics.
Pinned swing arm pivot.
850 type crankcase breather with original timed breather still in place inside crankcase.
850 type head steady.
850 type side stand.
850 type center stand modified for extra strength at spring hole and modified for sealed ball bearings instead of bushings.
520 x-ring drive chain conversion with new sprockets and chain.
Amal Premier carbs.
Lots of stainless steel parts and polished alloy.

The following mechanical parts were replaced:

New standard cam and cam chain.
New +.040 pistons with GPM rings.
New rod bearings.
The cylinder head was rebuilt.
The exhaust port threads are original and still good.
New sleeve gear bushings in mainshaft 4th gear.
New primary chain fitted.
New clutch center fitted.
New clutch friction plate.
New Ferodo shoes in the front brake which also had a stiffening plate added.

A great Norton Commando restored to a very high standard.
