Restored 1967 Honda CL77 Motorcycle.
This motorcycle was completed stripped and restored.
The engine was rebuilt with new +25 pistons,
New piston rings.
New wrist pins.
New circlips.
New camchain.
New camchain roller and tensioner.
All of the engine seals were replaced.
The gearbox was fitted with a new bronze bush on the lay-shaft.
The valves were cleaned and refitted as no sign of wear.
The frame and tank were finished in the original Honda colour using cellulose paint.
All of the parts used were genuine Honda including the cables.
A very nice Honda CL77 restored to a high standard.
