Restored 1969 Triumph Trophy TR6C Motorcycle.

This bike was stripped right down to the sludge trap and then restored.

The frame and all black parts were sand blasted and powder coated black.

New swing arm bushings and seals were fitted.

Tapered roller bearings were installed in the head stock

The forks were completely rebuilt with new tubes, bushings and seals.

The front and rear wheels were disassembled and the hubs blasted and powder coated.

The wheels were reassembled with sealed bearings.

Brand new English rims and stainless steel spokes were used.

A new wiring harness was installed.

All of the chrome parts were replaced with new.

All of the control cables were replaced with new ones.

The crankshaft was cleaned.

The connecting rods were re-bushed with new bolts, nuts and inserts.

Both of the main roller bearings were replaced with new.

The cylinder was rebored plus 20.

New Hepolite pistons, rings, pins and clips were used.

The valve tappets were refaced.

New primary chain and adjustment shoe fitted.

New clutch disks and steels were used.

Two brand new carburettors and air filters.

A new stainless steel fender was sourced.

New brakes front and rear

The complete exhaust system was replaced with a new one.
