Restored 1978 Yamaha XS1100 Motorcycle.
This bike was totally disassembled and inspected.
The frame was blasted, painted and clear coated.
The engine was disassembled and inspected and had a complete upper end rebuild and a clutch replacement.
The aluminium covers on the engine were buffed and the engine cases were painted.
The engine was assembled with polished stainless steel bolts.
The carburettors were completely disassembled, rebuilt and synchronized.
Both petcocks were rebuilt.
The petrol tank was acid etched.
The petrol tank, side covers, duck tail and seat trim were professionally painted.
The brakes were completely rebuilt with new seals.
New tyres were fitted to the front and rear.
The forks were rebuilt with new seals.
A brand new 4 into 2 chrome exhaust system was sourced and fitted.
New mirrors, new handle bar controls and levers were used.
