Restored 1976 Suzuki GT750M Motorcycle.

This bike has had a huge amount of no expense spared restoration.

The work completed is as follows

The Engine:

The crank was refurbished with new bearing and seals.
New large and small ends were fitted.
New pistons, rings and a re-bore to 1st oversize.
The gearbox gears were replaced.
The oil pump was replaced.
All of the cases, heads and barrels were cleaned and then polished.
The engine was rebuilt to a very high spec with new chrome head bolts, sensors, oil pipes and associated parts.

The Chassis:

The frame and swinging arm – powder coated black.
New Hagon rear shocks were fitted.
The forks were rebuilt with re-chromed stanchions, new seals and polished lower legs.
New steering head bearings and swing arm pivot bearings were used.
A brand new exhaust was fitted complete with baffles.

Bodywork:

Dream machine classic Candy Red tank and side panels.
Re-chromed airbox covers, mudguards, headlight and all other parts required.
New genuine wheel rims, bearings and spokes and rebuilt wheels.
The front disks were refurbished.

A beautiful example of a classic Kettle restored to a very high standard.
