Restored 1975 Triumph Trident T160 Motorcycle.

This Motorcycle was completely disassembled and the following work completed.

The frame and associated parts were shot blasted and powder coated.

The engine casings were vapour blasted and polished.

The wheels were stripped and the rims were re-chromed.

The hubs were polished and rebuilt with stainless spokes.

Many of the nuts and bolts were replaced with stainless.

The engine was rebuilt with the crank reground.

The bores and pistons were re-bored.

A belt drive was fitted to replace the primary drive and nearly all of the internal bearings for the engine and the clutch were renewed.

The clutch rubbers were replaced as well as the central drive hub.

New swinging arm bushes were fitted.

A new chain and rear sprocket was fitted together with two new Dunlop TT100s.

The brakes were refurbished with new discs and master cylinders front and back.
New wheel bearings were used.

The front fork down tubes and internal seals were replaced.

New silencers were fitted.

The carburettors were refurbished with new slides, needles and jets.

The Ignition coils and leads were also replaced.
