Restored 1981 Triumph Bonneville T140D Motorcycle.
This motorcycle was stripped down to the bare frame and restored.
The frame, swinging arm, frame brackets and the clock bezels were powder coated.
The engine was stripped and overhauled by a Triumph specialist.
The petrol tank and side panels were re-sprayed.
The crankshaft was balanced.
The engine was re-bored and fitted with new pistons and rings.
All of the bearings were replaced with top quality parts.
A new genuine alternator was fitted.
The carburettors were professionally cleaned and rebuilt.
A new seat was sourced.
The front and rear wheels were rebuilt, sprayed in 2 pack and then polished.
A new rear mudguard was used, the front was re-chromed.
The brake callipers were rebuilt with new pistons.
Brand new clocks were fitted.
All of the bolts, screws and spindles were replaced in stainless steel.
A very thorough restoration of this lovely Triumph Bonneville T140D.
