Restored 1973 Kawasaki S2 Motorcycle.

The Kawasaki has been fully restored from the frame up.

The following parts were powder coated:

The Headlight bucket,
Fork ears,
Gauge housing,
Rear foot pegs brackets,
Front foot pegs brackets,
Battery box,
Rear fender bracket,
Complete air box assembly,
Upper triple tree clamp,
Chain guard,
Handlebar stems/holders.

The engine was rebuilt with new parts and the outer cases were polished.

The exhausts and mudguards were re-chromed.

The paint was professionally applied with reproduction decals.

Many New Old Stack parts were used including:

Pistons, rings, wrist pins, circlips and small end bearings,
Rear brake pedal,
Gear shifter,
Rear grab bar,

Sealed beam headlight,
