Restored 1975 Kawasaki Z1 Motorcycle.
This bike was thoroughly and expertly restored from ground up.
The engine was rebuilt with:
New pistons and rings,
New valves, valve guides and valve seals,
Factory gaskets,
All of the clearances were measured and set.
Items re-chromed included:
Fenders front and rear,
Fork ears,
Brake lever,
Kick start,
Gear shifter,
Rear brake arm.
The frame was re-painted with the correct paint (not powder coated).
The electronic junction box and components were refurbished.
The wheels were rebuilt with the correct spokes and brass coat nipples.
Every nut and bolt is original and were zinc plated.
The original tank, cowling and side covers were painted in Candy Red.
The gauges were completely restored with the original mileage before the restoration left intact.
The carburettors were rebuilt with new needles, jets and seals.
