Restored 1971 Suzuki T125 Stinger Motorcycle.
The cylinders were removed for painting and a light hone was applied, new piston rings were fitted.
The wheel hubs and outer engine covers were powder coated in a close match to the original silver paint.
The tank was professionally sealed and repainted in a correct, though optional for the US market, yellow.
The frame, swinging arm, battery box, seat pan, centre stand, and other various bits were powder coated gloss black.
The seat was professionally recovered with a correct pattern cover.
The wheels were laced with NOS Suzuki spokes.
Parts that were re-chromed include:
Fenders front and rear,
Flasher housings and stalks,
Air box,
Handlebars,
Front fork lowers,
Headlight bucket and ears,
Exhaust stingers and heat guards,
Rear tail light bracket,
Points cover,
Chain guard.
A new wiring loom was fitted.
All of the control cables were replaced.
Equipped with a beautiful matching pair of Suzuki “S” stamped mirrors this 1971 Suzuki T125 Stinger has been thoroughly restored – a credit to its owner.
