Restored 1979 Honda CX500 Custom Motorcycle.
The fuel tank and side panels were painted in Candy Universal Blue with a new graphics kit.
Brand new replacement mufflers were used, these are replacements recommended by the CX500 owners forum.
The mirrors were replaced.
A new seat cover was sourced.
The air filter was renewed.
New old stock parts used include:
Left handlebar control switch,
Both levers,
Clutch speedo and tacho cables,
Front brake calliper and master cylinder rebuild kits,
Fork seals and fork oil.
The fuel tank was sealed inside with a fuel tank sealing kit.
The carburettors were ultrasonically cleaned and rebuilt.
The centre stand, side stand, and muffler centre chamber were removed, sandblasted, painted and reinstalled.
