Restored 1980 Yamaha XS1100 Motorcycle.
The frame and swinging arm were shotblasted and powder coated.
The gearbox cases were soda blasted, sprayed and lacquered.
All cycle parts including the battery tray, brake callipers and brackets were shotblasted and powder coated.
A full professional respray was carried out in the official Yamaha paint code.
A full stainless steel replica exhaust system was fitted.
The wiring harness was restored by cleaning and renovating all of the terminal blocks.
The starter motor was stripped, cleaned and lubricated.
A new air filter was installed.
New front and rear brake light switches were fitted.
New indicators and lenses were fitted.
The petrol taps were rebuilt.
All of the rubber parts were replaced with new.
New clutch and throttle cables were used.
The carburettors were restored with new diaphragms and float valve assemblies.
New wheel bearings, swingarm bearings and steering head bearings were installed.
The switchgear was completely stripped, cleaned, lubed and rebuilt.
A new seat and seat pan was added.
