Restored 1967 Triumph Bonneville T120R.
Many NOS parts were used in the process.
Powdered frame and cycle parts.
Base coat clear coat fuel tank with hand painted coach lines.
All of the hardware was cad plated.
Original Dunlop rims with cad plated spokes and new nipples, tires and tubes.
The front forks were completely rebuilt with new tubes, bushings, seals, holders and boots. New Hagon rear shocks fitted
New brakes and sealed wheel bearings.
New headstock cups, cones and balls.
The engine was stripped to the sludge trap.
Bored .030 over.
All bearings were replaced.
New chains and sprockets.
New valves, guides and springs.
New wiring harness with new 200watt alternator and Boyer ignition.
Gauges were rebuilt,
All genuine Lucas lighting.
Original seat pan powder coated, with new foam and NOS cover.
An excellent restoration of this Classic British Motorcycle.
