Restored 1972 Suzuki T250 Motorcycle.

The frame, swing arm, stands, peg brackets, air box, battery box and anything that was black was powder coated.

The fenders, exhausts, lower fork legs, chain guard, headlight bracket, brake pedal, kick starter, gas cap, tail light bracket and the grab rail were re-chromed.

The brake backing plates, engine cases and the cylinder heads were professionally polished.

New fork tubes were fitted.

The wheels were rebuilt with correct rim and spoke kits.

The lever assemblies, mirrors, sprockets, missing brake parts and many other parts were sourced and replaced.

The seat was rebuilt and recovered.

New sealed wheel bearings and seals were fitted.

The paint to the tank and side covers was professionally applied with new decals.

New old stock turn signals were sourced from Australia.

The correct rivet pins to remount the factory frame ID plate were sourced from Sweden.

A new old stock speedometer and tachometer were installed.

The cylinder head bolts were zinc plated.

The crankshaft was rebuilt.

New crankshaft bearings and seals were used.

The engine was rebuilt with new standard size pistons, rings, wrist pins and bearings.

The wire harness was cleaned and most terminal ends and connectors were replaced with exact reproduction units.
