Restoration of a genuine  Moto Morini Sport…. it has the S stamped onto the rear cylinder. It also has Busso silencers and K&N filters which provide a small increase in power and noise!

Replaced/restored during this comprehensive and full restoration as below:

New Avon tyres and tubes

Powder coated wheels in gold, and new wheel bearings

Powder coated frame/swinging arm in silver

Powder coated stands, engine plates, rear number plate holder etc

Blasted front disc and painted centre

Front caliper rebuilt with new seals and new pads, Braided front hose

Polished fork sliders, rebuilt with new seals/oil

Polished yokes

New Sport top yoke badge from New Zealand!

Original stainless mudguard polished

New H4 headlight

OEM indicators

Stainless instrument bracket

New clock mounting rubber cups

New clock chrome bezel trims

New uprated front brake master cylinder (gives a better feel)

New hagon rear shock

New electrics

Cylinders, heads, rocker covers, side covers all aqua blasted

New piston rings, Honed bore (on standard size), New valves, collets, springs.

New stainless exhaust nuts

These bikes were fast and handled well in the 1970’s and are still able to hold their own in modern traffic, back then a 6 speed gearbox and dry clutch was rather fancy! Lovely Italian classic.
