Restored 1967 Honda CB160 Motorcycle.
This stunning little Honda was fully restored by its owner in the USA.
The bike was taken completely apart.
The steel parts were sand-blasted.
The aluminium parts were vapour-blasted.
Any damage was repaired, cracks were welded and dents were pounded out of the bodywork.
The bike was given a beautiful paint job using Euro Red and Orion Silver.
The engine was rebuilt.
One bad valve was replaced.
New piston rings were installed.
The carburettors were vapour-blasted and thoroughly cleaned.
All of the O-rings and gaskets were replaced.
Many parts were replaced using new old stock or used Honda parts.
All of the nuts and bolts were polished or replaced.
Only original style bolts were used.
The front forks were complete disassembled, cleaned and re-assembled with new fork seals.
A new seat cover with the correct “Honda” name on the back was fitted.
