Restored 1975 Kawasaki Z900 Motorcycle.

This bike was disassembled down to the bare frame and powder coated along with the swing arm, battery box, motor mounts, center and side stand and all black parts.

The following original parts were re-chromed:

Handlebars, grab rails, front and rear rims, front and rear fenders, brake stay bar, brake pedal, brake rod, kick starter, gear shifter, headlight fork ears, and lower triple tree covers.

New tapered bearings were installed in the frame along with swing arm bushings.

The rims were re-laced with new spokes with gold nipples.

A new O-ring chain and sprocket, turn signals, throttle cables, speedo, and tachometer were also added.

The front master cylinder was rebuilt with a new disc and brake calliper.

A new exhaust system was installed.

The carburettors were cleaned ultrasonically and rebuilt.

The engine had the cases split, the crankshaft and transmission checked for tolerances, new upgraded cam chain and tensioner added, along with new piston rings, valves, valve seals, gasket kit and meticulously reassembled and tuned.

All engine covers, cam covers, lower front forks, and rear brake hub were polished.

The front forks were rebuilt with new fork seals, dust shields, and new oil.

A completely new wiring harness was installed.

The paint was applied when restored to the factory correct colour of Candy with the correct graphics, paint scheme is the highest quality with correct badges applied.
