Restored 1974 Kawasaki H2 750 Motorcycle.
This bike was recently restored, it was completely disassembled and stripped down to the frame.
The frame was repainted with gloss paint.
The engine was rebuilt and the crankshaft was resealed and trued.
The cylinders were bored .040″ (1mm) over the stock bore.
The cylinders and heads were bead blasted.
New pistons were installed along with a new clutch.
The engine was then assembled using new seals and gaskets.
The fuel petcock, master cylinder and the front brake calliper were stripped, thoroughly cleaned and reconditioned using new seals.
The carburettors were rebuilt with rebuild kits and new gaskets.
New candy blue paint and new vinyl decals were installed.
The seat was re-upholstered with a new seat cover and a new foam cushion.
A new gas tank seal completed another fantastic Kawasaki H2 restoration.
