Restored 1951 Vincent Rapide Motorcycle.
This bike was discovered as a complete basket case with all mechanical parts either absent or in need of replacement.
Fortunately all the numbered frame and engine components were present and all of the numbers matched, including the covers.
The engine was professionally rebuilt including the crank, heads and magneto.
The frame and front end were stripped and painted black.
The tank and mudguards were re-sprayed in the original red.
The carburettors were completely overhauled.
Every part of this motorcycle received attention with many hours spent ensuring that the restoration was as close to original as possible.
A rare and sought after Vincent Rapide restored to a very high standard.
