Restored 1983 Yamaha RD350LC Motorcycle.
The frame and swing arm were repainted in cellulose black gloss paint.
The engine was rebuilt using as many new old stock items as possible.
The barrels were re-bored and fitted with genuine pistons.
The crank was rebuilt.
Other new parts used on the engine rebuild include:
New clutch plates and worm drive,
New genuine bearings,
Gaskets and seals,
Water pump impeller,
New gear selector shaft,
Reed block rubbers.
The carburettors were rebuilt with new jets and gaskets.
Many new old stock parts were used during the restoration including:
New exhausts,
New baffles,
New bodywork,
Mph speedo,
New rev counter and clock covers,
New stator coils,
CDi,
Wiring loom,
Switch gear,
Tail light,
Twin horns,
Headlight chrome rim and back bowl,
Riders and passenger footrests,
Rear brake pedal,
Gear lever and linkage,
Clutch lever,
Clutch and throttle cables,
Front brake master cylinder,
Front rubber brake hoses,
Fork bottoms,
Calliper pistons and seals,
Rear number plate holder,
Grab handle,
Side stand,
Centre stand,
Fuel cock.
The seat was recovered.
The wheels were stripped and painted.
