Restored 1981 Honda CBX Motorcycle.

This stunning Honda was fully restored by its owner.

The paintwork was professionally finished in the correct silver.

The rolling chassis was painted in gloss / satin black as per the original.

The original comstar wheels were refurbished.

New wheel bearings (including the rear sprocket carrier) were fitted.

The brake calipers and master cylinders were rebuilt with new seals.

All of the cables were replaced.

New steering head bearings were installed.

The clocks were refurbished.

A new wiring harness was fitted.

An exact replica exhaust system was fitted.

The fasteners and brackets were zinc plated throughout.

The carburettors were totally rebuilt.

The engine was rebuilt.

The primary and cam chains were replaced.

The crank cases, cylinders and head were vapour blasted.

The valves were lapped and adjusted.

The alternator was rebuilt with new bearings, seals and brushes.

The handlebar switches were refurbished.

Restored 1973 Kawasaki Z1 Motorcycle.

This Kawasaki was restored by its owner.

The rear fender was re-chromed.

The rear wheel was rebuilt with a reproduction rim and new spokes.

All of the hardware was ultra-sonically cleaned and re-plated or re-chromed.

The swing-arm was powder coated and new bearings were installed.

The rear foot rest assembly brackets were re-plated and the peg rubbers were replaced.

The side stand and centre stand were powder coated.

The seat foam was removed and the pan was powder coated.

A replacement seat cover was fitted.

The triple tree was powder coated and roller bearings were installed.

The motor was completely torn down and inspected.

All of the valves and seats were ground and lapped.

A new timing chain was fitted.

New clutch plates were installed.

Restored 1972 Norton Commando Fastback Motorcycle.

This Norton was fully restored in the USA.

The 850 Mk2 engine was completely rebuilt with a standard crankshaft and new Superblend bearings.

The cylinder block was bored .020 over and fitted with new EMGO pistons

The block was powder coated in semi-gloss black.

The cylinder head was rebuilt with new guides, valves and springs.

The carburettors were rebuilt.

New exhausts were fitted.

The stock points were replaced with electronic ignition.

The clutch was rebuilt.

The forks were rebuilt with new tubes, polished sliders with custom alloy seal retainer nuts, OEM Euro-gaiters and custom alloy top nuts.

New steering head bearings were fitted.

The twin leading shoe front brake was rebuilt with new bonded linings.

The new wheel rims were laced with new stainless steel spokes.

The instruments were professionally rebuilt.

The switchgear was rebuilt.

The frame, swing arm and the rear brake backing plate were custom finished in grey powder coat.

All over the body work was professionally refinished.

All of the fasteners were replaced or new or re-plated.

Restored 1951 Harley-Davidson FL Hydra Glide.

This entire bike was disassembled and everything was replaced or rebuilt during 2008.

The engine is an original 1951 panhead and was overhauled by one of Omaha’s best mechanics.

The original 4 speed gearbox was also totally overhauled.

A new S&S carburettor with a K&N air filter was fitted.

New bearings and bushings were used throughout.

New neck bearings were fitted.

The front forks were totally rebuilt.

Converted to a 12 volt system with updated generator & regulator.

New two tone paint was professionally applied.

An original style horn was used.

The original pogo seat was recovered.
